I dont mean to offend the person who posted the picture, but did anyone else notice a few facts that suggest the picture is doctored? The main fact I noticed is that (correct me if I am wrong) the big black building housing the attraction was built before the front that we all see now, and in the picture, there is no indication of the building. When the building was built, there was nothing in it. So please correct me if I am mistaken and I mean no disrespect to the person who took the photo or the person who posted it.

Yea I was just reviewing the old construction photos too and I was not mistaken, the show building was built first (with a roof on it!) with nothing inside. But if this photo is fake, the person who did it did a wonderful job, it looks so real.

Umm, go look at the link Steve just put up. Go to page two or click here http://www.wdwmagic.com/space_pavilion1.htm

Go about 3/4 the way down the page. You can see the concrete forms used to make those circles seen in the satellite picutures.

They were made before the building construction was completed.

The pic is real.

Im not sure I see what you're talking about, which pictures are they? Also, the building had a roof almost from day one, so the satellite image would not be able to see right through it.

Check the date on the PHOTO, not the date it was posted to Steve! I think that's where the confusion is arising...it's an old photo!

Yes, The Mom is correct. That photo is very old. At least a year.

Look at the updates from Jan 22 and 29 2001.

Those were taken about the same time as the satellite picture.

You can see one little portion of the building to the left and the concrete forms on the right. These are the circles that you see in the satellite picutre. You can also see that little bit of the building in the sat pic also.

Have a Disney day :sohappy:

Also check out the image of MS from the GM corporate lounge located within TT. The image is located in the Corporate Lounge section, and was taken quite some time ago.

Just a frame, no roof.
