My family and I were on a short vacation last week (Jan. 27 thru Feb. 1). And no doubt about it, we had a great time! But Monday (Jan. 31), when we went to go see SpectroMagic, one of our absolute FAVORITE WDW memories, The Little Mermaid was missing! :veryconfu Now, the Mermaid float is what we always seem to look forward to the most! Every year, before I was even born, my cousin, who is now almost an adult, was always talked to by Ursula and the whole night we were wondering if Ursula would comment on her again. But much to our suprise, she was gone as well! The fish came by, then usually comes Sebastean and his float singing "Under The Sea", then Ursula, then Ariel and Flounder, and then King Trition's float, but it skipped immediately to "Fantasia"! I mean, come on, if there's no Ariel, why include the fish! It turned out to kind of be a joke because we were in Walt Disney World having a wonderful time and we were complaining about 4 little floats but we still couldn't help but wonder where they were. The whole night, I tried blurting out "Where's Ariel?!" while castmembers were around, but unfortunately, no one heard. So even though that was a dissapointment, I'm now more curious than bummed. Does anyone have an idea as to why the Mermaid floats weren't there? Thanks in advance! :animwink:
