Minor Epcot permit - help!

Just a little permit for the installation of a sign.. but i can't figure out where it's going.

It says "WM Marquee (Jim Armagost)" and it's at 1400 avenue of the stars.

So it's definitely Epcot, but i don't know where.. i know Test Track is 1440, but i don't know which of the other buildings it is. A little hlep?

Is "WM" Waste Management and 1400 is the Communicore building?

I'm pretty sure that 1400 is the street address for Innoventions.

"The new Epcot 25th exhibit, entitled, "Creating the New World of Tomorrow", located in Innoventions West, looks as though it may run until the end of the year according to some Cast Members. Also in Innoventions West, the rumored Velcro exhibit will be taking the place of The Ultimate Home Theater Experience Exhibit. I keep hearing that the velcro show will be comedy based and use equity actors. That can't be that bad of a presentation if its true.

When will the velcro show open? I'm looking forward to it, and i've asked in other threads but no one answers me.
Is it soon or not for another year or so?

And so technically the Epcot Creating the New Future exhibit is still open? I'm so excited to see it in 2 days!
