In anticipation of our trip this May, I started following a bunch of Disney/Disney-themed social media accounts and have seen some really cool and unique Minnie Ears and I’d love to get a pair for myself and my daughter.
Any suggestions for where they might have the largest selection? We’ll be staying at AofA and going into Disney Springs when we arrive (travel day).

Etsy by far has the best selection of unique Minnie Ears! My suggestion would be just going on the website and typing in Minnie Ears or if you want to get more specific write your favorite princess or movie, for example when I got mine I typed "Stitch Minnie Ears" and got hundreds of options. They all range in prices but they're all beautiful and one-of-a-kind!

There's a shop my family is planning to hit for minnie/mouse ears at DS--Disney's Wonderful World of Memories. We haven't been here before but according to the DS website, they have mouse ears (and can be personalized).

If you want to order "official" minnie ears from Disney, you can order at the shopdisney.com site or get a slightly larger selection by ordering from the theme parks by going to https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/store. But if you're looking for the best selection, I think shopping in person at WDW beats all.
