It's whisper-quiet for a coaster, too!

Looks like the middle cars get the most "swing" -- that's where I'll be! :)
I wanna see what it looks like once you have passengers and weight added to the cars. That should increase the swing effect. I have a feeling though what looks like very little swing from the outside point a view will turn out to feel like a lot more when riding.

No, but as I said and offered a pre-emeptive apology, it happened quickly and I just hit record as the train came up the top. I waited probably 20 minutes to get another better shot, but didn't see it happen again. I'm sure a better video will come soon from someone. :)
You did great, especially when you scrambled and had to shoot from the hip. iPads orient the video to the correct position :)

Regarding the speed of the tests, I am affraid it will be the fastest it will ever go. When new coasters are tested, to make sure they clear the circuit, they will put the hardest and fastest wheel compounds on the cars to make sure it complete it. As testing go, they start switching wheels with slower ones and come up with the combination that is the best from a maintenance and confort point of view.

Nevermind that....T&A?? This ride is sounding better!

Edit: (oh, wait, that's test and adjust)

yes yes yes... Sorry, I was on vacation the last week.. (latest trip on the Dream).... Anyway.. .T&A w/heartbeat is indeed Test and Adjust with live passengers.. I haven't gotten back into the swing of things since returning from vacation so I don't know what has changed while I was out, but last I knew we weren't far off of it..

T&A w/heartbeat is generally done with Imagineering folks only.. Sometimes management will get a ride in just to experience portions of the ride early.. But most of them generally insist on waiting for the near-complete experience before partaking.
