Military Room Discounts?

Are they only available at certian hotels certian dates? My dad contacted a TA about over F&W 1/2 weekend and she basically have him very limited hotel choices....and even then he didn't feel like she gave the military rate.

As far as I know, military rates are only available at Shades of Green. There are discounts available at other resorts, but they're available to either everybody or specifically Annual Passholders.

Military rates at resorts other than Shades of Green are done just like other promotions. They will have limited availability, limited dates and/or limited resorts. It is quite possible that there are no military promotions going on during your travel dates or the resort you have chosen is not included.

I heard elsewhere that they had reduced the number of military discounted rooms.
It was reported that many had "sold out" for 2015 already.

I get that they need to make money but I think we shouldn't limit the discounts on service men and women.
