Ummm, adult beverages seem to be a common item on this thread......mine would be a shot of tequila.

I like the little caramel cheesecake things at the caramel shop in Epcot Germany or I'l grab ice cream. It tends to be something sweet just because I don't let myself eat them that often otherwise.

Midnight snack - the free ones.

I was at HS during magic hours one night. I was getting a couple of beers and saw a huge strawberry cupcake, I told the lady "That cupcake looks so good" she asked me if I wanted one and I said that's ok. She handed me the cupcake with the beer and said enjoy. We all shared it and it made our night.

When I’m staying at AKL, I always stock up on Zebra Domes for late night snacking.

Otherwise, Fudge from MS Confectionary, any number of Rice Krispy treat confections, and I always have a bag of the goofy candy co. chocolate covered pretzels on hand for pretzel related emergencies.

The big sugar cookie with the pink , purple and green mickey sprinkles .... Yummy, to die for !!!
