It is made of all white LED.

There are in the numbering of around 200,000 of them.

It will open on November 11..."Cinderella's Holiday Wish", which is the new stage show to light the Castle (replaces the Tree Lighting Ceremony), will be presented for all day guests. So the Castle will be lit, 7 days a week.

For people that did not realize what I just said...SEVEN days a week.

Once more..."so is it only on party nights?"
SEVEN DAYS A WEEK.

It most likely will not be still running on 1/13/08. It should shut down right after New Years.

The castle is going to look spectacular. I wish I was able to check it out this year. Maybe next year but no chance this year.

disneyland paris was first

just to mention that this idea of light all over the castle have been in used for over 5 years at disneyland paris and it does look gorgeous

I have to agree that the lights look fabulous at night... a little too noticable once you get closer to the castle during the day. But the ends justify the means. Sadly, I don't get the Monitor. It's still "The most wonderful time of the year!" :xmas:

A poster named rysar over on DISboards caught a test of the new lights yesterday from their room on the tenth floor of CR:
