What is your favorite thing to do at the party? Last year we had a family reunion and my husbands cousins were on the cookie hunt! Lol! We hit every booth! I was also able to grab the Mickey Soldier popcorn bucket!!

The chance to see characters that are not present except tor special events.
Getting on lots of rides multiple times.
Experiencing holiday songs and falling snow on Main street.
Enjoying the festive mood everyone ( mostly everyone ) is in.

I LOVE the Very Merry Christmas Parade! It is absolutely adorable. My favorite part is also those tin soldiers. Also, I was absolutely AMAZED how the hot chocolate was the perfect temperature from the first sip. How do they do that???

Ended up answering my own question. Looks like last year the 6pm Tron virtual queue lasted anywhere between 2 minutes and 18+ minutes.

So, thankfully not a “blink and you miss it” thing.

I’ve read through the last few years of these very merry threads.

No one talks game plan.

Imagine you’re there purely for rides and fireworks.

4pm entry is “rope drop” (except the park is full of day guests and the popular rides likely have long lines).

Alarm is set for 5:55pm so you won’t miss the Tron virtual queue.

What rides are you heading to at 4pm?

What are you getting in line for at 11:50pm?

Update from Halloween party thread: both Tiana’s and Tron will offer standby queues during those parties.

Tiana’s is not a surprise, but Tron is to me! Will be very curious to hear what the lines are like as parties get underway.

the christmas party seems busier than the halloween party. wouldn’t surprise me if the lines are longer if they did this for the christmas party.

It didn’t last year on our night. I think we were closer to 20 min after it opened up.
