My fam and I will be at WDW Sept10-17. With our 180 day mark right around the corner....and we would like to book specific restaurants is there a chance that the Halloween event will cancel any night reservations we may make at MK? When do they typically release those dates? Thanks!!

I'm visiting during those same dates and have been eagerly awaiting announcement of these dates. I think we have to start reserving things in like a week? If we have to switch around what park we're in etc it could really mess our plans about.

We can start our dining reservations on the 14th!! We are hoping for BOG, CRT, and TREX. I'm sure we will be able to but would be so bummed if they get cancelled at night due to the Halloween party. Also want to plan on being at MK for the longer days with fireworks. I'm thinking Sunday may be our best bet.

When the hours for September are posted and MK is listed as closing at 7pm, you can be sure that is a MNSSHP night even if the dates have not been "officially" announced.

If you make an evening ADR anytime up until 7 pm, Disney won't cancel it just because it is a party night. However you will be ushered out of the park when you are finished eating if you don't have a party wristband. If you book an ADR past 7 pm, you will need a party ticket or will have to change your ADR once the official dates are announced. Disney is not going to cancel any of your ADRs, that is your responsibility. If for some reason a restaurant you booked is not serving, Disney will contact you.

And FYI, Sundays are usually party nights.

MK is scheduled to close at 7:00pm on the 11th and 13th so it's safe to say those will be party nights.

Good to know about the park closing earlier and it being a party night. But I still need them to release the dates (and sell tickets)!!! Need tickets BAD!!!! :D We're not going until the end of Oct. so we're not quite in dire straights as needing to make our 180 day ADR s as some of you--good luck!
