Mickey Soap :)

I traveled to the cbr and All star music resorts in the past (98 and 01) and they had cute mickey soaps and shampoos which made free and cute suviners to bring home.. i was reciently told that in the all star resorts there were soap/body wash despensers in the showers. I hope this isnt true at all! That would be cheap of disney and there guests for the price we pay for everything else on vacation!

I am not sure about the AS resorts but Pop Century had individual soap and shampoos as of last month when we were there. I agree with you, we like to bring a few home as well.

The last two times I've been in a All-Star (both in 2004) I had the regular Mickey soap once, and a dispenser once. Although when I had the dispenser it was in a king sized bed room that was mainly for handicap accessible. So I think that the soap is still there to be had.

Sorry to say, it is true......

But, they do give you one 1 bar for the sink so you still get some. The body soap and shampoo are in dispensers in the shower......

I just had a friend of mine get a couple of extra bars for me to give to my kids.......They are fun to use at home!

i'll have to ask house keeping for a few extra we have a 5 year old traveling with us that will love them! The mousekeeping are always super friendly and we are planning on tipping but ill have to leave a little note and ask for a few extras to bring home!

All of the All Star Resorts did away with the wall mounted soap and shampoo dispensers in the tub/shower stalls about a year ago. You will get "Mickey" bath soap and a little "Mickey" shampoo bottle at the tub/shower and a little bar of "Mickey" facial soap at the sink.

As you use them (or collect them), they will be replaced by the Mousekeepers. :wave:

I didn't mind the wall mounted soap, but I do prefer the Mickey shampoo bottles and the soap bar.
