along with the Simpsons and Pokemon. China doesn't want the kids growing up with foreign pop culture according to CNN. I'm sure glad I live in the U.S.

I had read this was because they want to increase viewership of China Made cartoons, not necisarily to censor them. Evidently Chinese cartoons are far behind American and Japanese.

Correct because 80% of the kids that were surveyed liked foreign cartoons better. From 5 to 8 pm Mickey, Homer and Pokemon will not be seen.
