I got to thinking about security cameras at the parks and was wondering, how many cameras are scattered throughout the parks and resorts?

Anybody got any clues? Just a little more trivia to clutter up my mind!

I do not really know...

That is a good question..

I know they have undercover security also watching...

so I think its safe to say that you are being watched all the time and everywhere...

except for the restrooms..which..Hey..you never know.

I assume there are plenty. Even if some of our esteemed CM posters knew, I doubt they'd be allowed to say. Disney does a good job of hiding them ... unlike the anvillicious ones you see at your local stores (large, dark gray half-spheres attached to the ceiling).

It's probably a security issue to reveal the locations and types, but my technical side is really curious. I'd imagine that they are all quite ingeniously disguised, as GenerationX pointed out, as I also have never really noticed any obvious ones.

I know that most rides have IR cameras, and I have heard that there are IR cameras scattered throughout the park.

With today's technology a camera can be smaller then the end of a pencil lead and put just about anywhere.

Just food for thought...
