I love the dreamfinder, but Mickey with a beard kind of creeps me out:lookaroun

I do, however, love any dreamfinder and figment merchandise!!:D

You were at the Disney Character Warehouse.

Those Mickey Dreamfinders did not sell in the parks. They were very unpopular with most guests, hence the reason you found this item at the warehouse. :wave:

The pin and the plush came out while we were there last September. I purchased the pin but the plush is hideous! :p

I saw them in the parks last year as well. I also found them to be rather distasteful to both Mickey and Dreamfinder. I guess "the company" tried to build on some old sentimentalism by combining the two characters. It didnt work.

Its a "meh" find in my opinion....

I have to agree they were not executed well as a general item. However, for those who miss Dreamfinder, it is a cool find. Glad you were able to grab one at a lower price!

I feel the same way. But at least the tried to bring the Dreamfinder back in some way, even if it was a poor attempt.

There was another very terrible item that Grizz pointed out. A mood magnet with pictures of figment over the different moods except they were all the same facial expression. I'll have to find that one...

It was a magnet with a grid of say, 16 Figment faces, all making the same expression, but underneath each was an emotion (angry, sad, happy, etc). And you could slide this little frame around to frame the emotion you were feeling. It would have been better executed had Figment actually been making the face instead of just having a word underneath it.

Had to be a total mess up on someones part and Disney either didnt have an agreement with the manufacturer to make it right, or it was the Disney designers mistake and the manufacturer produced what the got. Either way, should have taken a loss and kept it off the shelf.
