that would be cool, BUT for animation courtyard. like this is supposed to be very simple and a mini-land so i wouldn't think that a dark-ride would fit. If it was a full-fledged land with stores and restaurants then yeah why not, the size is a bit smaller than toontown. But it's just a figment of our imagination so why not
I was thinking in order to get the full effect of being in a Black and White cartoon world it would all need to be under one roof, like the Little Mermaid area at Tokyo Disney Sea which has little spinner rides but is all self contained to create the feeling of being under water
