I just saw on the WDW page for MVMCP that separate theme park admission is required. I know that in the past this wasn’t the case. Has anyone else noticed this or am I just out of the loop?
Update...
I called Disney and the cast member told me that the wording on the website had caused confusion among guests. He said that “separate theme park admission is required” does not mean the admission ticket to the MK. It is referring to the party ticket itself. So, without a regular park admission ticket, if you have a ticket to MVMCP you can enter the party (park) at 4:00.

Exactly! The cast member I spoke to said he had received several calls about it.

That would be an interesting legal position, trying to charge people twice for the same period of admission.
a) you have to pay to get in
b) you have to pay to stay in.

Logic says the next charge would be:
c) you have to pay to leave.

I take it to mean that you have to buy a special ticket for the event. Your standard park ticket won't get you in. seems straight forward to me.

Has any insiders heard if there will be anything new for MVMCP this year? Even small but noticeable changes to the parade or anything?
