Yes, you can post a list of 2017 greets, but doesn't change the fact that the grave diggers were out last year as well. To be fair, I think they were added part way through the season, not on opening night. But there are countless pictures online of the grace diggers at the river walk from last year.
I did not see them late September 2017! But aren’t they just butler uniforms with shovels? The butlers all have dead makeup anyway.

I wonder if Disney is going to announce the party specific merch today? Or are we going to have to wait until tomorrow. Im impatient, lol.

Ridiculous. Halloween parties should not start until at least mid way through September. UK schools usually don't go back until September 6th so we'll be on Summer vacation still with Halloween being chucked down our throats. I hate how the American parks charge extra for seasonal 'parties' when Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Shanghai have the parade, fireworks costumes, trick or treating and such included with standard admission at no extra charge. I love Disney at Halloween but not in August.
. The school here is called disney, so they go back November and go to April First..

So I have read through the FAQ on the official website, but it still seems a bit vague, so I'll ask here: Are adults are permitted to wear costumes? I know that posing for photos or doing anything that could lead guests to believe you're an employee is a no-no, as are scary/inappropriate ones, but I was hoping to go to the party this year in full costume.

I believe so, with some restrictions such as no masks. Definitely saw adults dressed up last year though we decided not to. There has to be guidelines posted online.
