Sorry if this has already been reported, but I just saw this come up from a Disney group I follow on Facebook:

sink1-300x300.jpg

Most of you know about the Kitchen Sink ice cream dessert at Beaches and Cream at the Walt Disney World Resort. It’s a ridiculous amount of ice cream, different flavors and such, all thrown into one. It’s huge, and something that can be shared by multiple people. Well, now, you can get something similar at the Magic Kingdom!

The Magic Kingdom now features “Mickey’s Kitchen Sink” for folks to share and is available at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street! It’s the same concept as the above mentioned dessert, but it comes in a Mickey’s Pants themed bowl. For $23.00, you get a heap load of ice cream, in a festive bowl that you get to keep! It’s a hefty price, but keeping the cute bowl is a good bonus. So, now us foodies have something else to look forward to while visiting the MK! Special thanks to my CM friend Lorraine for the photo and info!

I think it's super cute and can't wait to try one. What's another $23 in the scheme of things right?

I don't know. The thought of eating something out of Mickey's pants. Yuck. I saw a coffee cup just like it. I had the same thought about drinking out of Mickey's pants. Yuck.

I read in the comments on facebook that it's only 3 scoops; 1 each chocolate, vanilla and strawberry with cherries, strawberry sauce, caramel and fudge. Smaller than the Beach & Cream version.

LOL I always think the "Mickey Parts" look like the poor mouse exploded. Hand, feet, pants everywhere!

Odd!! I wonder if they really ARE going to be different prices or the report gave the incorrect pricing.

I am sooooo glad I didn't succumb to the DH wanting to buy the Mickey parts dishes when they were the current dinnerware offering. I would've read this and promptly packed up all our dishes to donate. That is sooooo funny! Mickey parts eeeeeverywhere! Oh the CARNAGE!!!! I shall forever see Mickey parts stuff as Mickey Carnage merchandise. It's so wrong it's awesome. Or maybe so awesome it's wrong? :p

I've seen posts on several Disney FB groups as well as other forums calling them out on the price discrepancy between DCA vs MK. A lot of people seem to be hedging their bets as to when the DCA sundae price will be boosted to be in line with the one at MK.

In case Disney is reading.....add a crap load of liquor and $23 is yours. Just ice cream in Mickey's drawers? No $23 for you. I dunno. Is the street cred from honestly being able to claim having thoroughly enjoyed what came from inside Mickey's pants worth $23? Food for thought?
