Which park do you like better? I have been to both but I have to say its all Mgm/hollywood studios for me. Funny thing though is that Universal used to be my favorite when I was little but now while I got older WDW is all I want to go to while at florida.

Both have their advantages and disadvantages. Most of the answers I'm sure will be MGM seeing how this is a Disney fan site and all lol.

I like MGM better. My reasoning:
Streetmosphere
Great dining
Excellent theming
Tower of Terror
Rock N Roller Coaster
Toy Story Mania
Backlot Tour
Star Tours

Not saying Universal is bad. My one quip about it though is the placement of attractions in Universal. Mummy and Twister in New York? Simpsons in World Expo? Just doesn't make any sense. But MGM has Rock N Roller Coaster in a 1940's section so they both have disadvantages.

While this is a Disney site let me express my appreciation for Universal. They have a pair of great parks in Orlando. The theming is great, the rides are thrilling and the shows are very good. Of course there are things missing that Disney has and they do not but if Disney never existed the best park in the world would be Universal Studios.

That being said, I still think I would take Hollywood Studios by a pinch. For starters nothing beats the Disney touch. Secondly it has the rides to compete with Universal (TOT, Aerosmith). Not to mention nostalgic trips like One Man's Dream, Great Movie Ride, Star Tours and good shows like Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, Indiana Jones and despite the hate I like the Catastrophe Canyon back tour.

If there is a park that needs some TLC though it's Hollywood. A dark ride is desperately needed. Maybe two, maybe three. But I don't think Universal has a ride as good as ToT all around. I will say this though, Universal is awfully close to DHS for me, even some days it can surpass it.

There is E.T. which is sentimental/nostalgic as much as anything Disney has done not to mention great theming. There is the Terminator 3-D show, Jaws, and stuff like Twister and the best ride in the park the Mummy. I actually might rate Islands of Adventure over the two of them

I prefer Universal though I visit Hollywood Studios more.
Universal has some great attractions like MIB and Mummy.
DHS has a few attractions that I like, but I see most of those at DL/DCA.
Overall, I feel like I get more for my money at Universal.
I visit DHS more because I stay at the BC and it is close by.
