Merchandise Locator?

Before the pandemic, there was a great feature in the MDE app to locate any merchandise item across WDW property. It would show on the map which stores had it in stock. Is this feature now gone, or is there a way to access it? The only thing I see on the app is for shopDisney.

Gone for good. Your only option now is to ask a CM at the store to see if they can check inventory to see what other locations might have it.

cast members know nothing when it comes to merch, it amazes me. Though why Im surprised I shouldn't be, I dont think there is barely any training anymore just like everywhere else. its just gotten so bad. Ask about some item they have no idea what your talking about.

It was the Shop Disney Parks app..It was more reliable than the Shop Disney app and was very convenient to locate items throughout the resort..

Occasionally you’ll find a CM that is a huge help. We were at the Emporium in May and the size sweater my wife wanted wasn’t out on the floor. We saw a CM and asked if there were more in the back. She immediately went looking, then came back with the news there weren’t any in the back. But she was able to locate some at Disney Springs. After thanking her we learned she was a long time CM. After reading some of the previous posts, it would seem we were fortunate to have had this CM assist us. We did hustle over to DS and find the sweater.
