We spent the day at EPCOT today and hit several of the Food and Wine booths for their "soft opening" today. Some of the booths weren't accepting credit cards yet, some weren't open at all, but most were and the food was great. The Scandanavia booth was fantastic, as was the lobster claw from Hops and Barley, and the Caribben booth was good (they ran out of the mango chutney for a few minutes...caused a small panic inside the booth but the wait was well worth it). We were surprised to see the booths operating a day early, but it definitely made the day worth it.

This will be our first Food and Wine festival. We will be coming on the 16th for our Honeymoon. Any suggestions? That Fishermans Pie sounds awesome. Any other popular items??? Cannot WAIT for this!

Thank You! I know all about the Cheese Soup lol. We are actually doing Le Cellier our first night, so we will get a nice helping right away... buuuut I know I will get more throughout our trip haha.

Skewers did sound good. I heard the sushi was good (which I had at Teppan Edo before anyway), heard the lobster roll was good and many of the desserts and cocktails were great. I am sure we will be spending a lot of time in Epcot, especially since we are staying at Beach Club

Any more suggestions, please feel free to help
