Memorials?

I know they're sold out of the 'Walk around the World' stones, and the Leave a Legacy thing is weird to me, but is there any other way you can buy something similar at disney? I'm going in June and would really love to buy a stone in memory of my mom. My family and I were going to buy her a stone, but were really sad when we found out we couldn't get her a 'walk' stone. We've got one for her parents, which she really liked, and I just want to do something similar. The leave a legacy thing won't even work for this, which is part of why I'm not doing that.

Note that even when the Walk Around the World bricks were for sale, you couldn't exactly buy one "in memorial" of someone. You could purchase it with their name, a town, a date, etc. But wording it so that it was specifically in memorial of someone who had died was not allowed.

Well yeah, I know. But I can still get it with her name on it. That's more than enough for me.

I wish they would bring something either similar to this or something new back to the world. I would probably be first in line to purchase one......with my name as well as maybe one for my parents. I really like the idea of going to the world in 10 or 20 years and being able to go see the brick that I had left there before.

Check Guest Relations in the parks.
They might be able to accommodate you.
I have heard that you can still get the Walk around the World bricks but it's on special order only and a little pricey.
