Memorial Day weekend?

Hey guys. I haven't posted here in forever - mainly because Disney talk bums me out unless I have a trip planned. I just hit the 2 year mark since I've been to WDW, BUT I'm happy to say things are looking good for a trip in late May. The problem: it's Memorial Day weekend.

I've traditionally stayed away from the parks during holidays because the crowds may be a little too much for me to handle, but maybe it isn't as bad as I think. Can anyone fill me in on how crowds typically are on Memorial Day weekend? Maybe some of you have been there in past years during that time frame and have some tips. Just trying to get an idea of how things would be before I set any plans in stone. Thanks

Touringplans.com has that time as an 8 out of 10. There are large crowds due to the holiday and Star Wars weekends at DHS.

On a pure dining reservations aspect I had no problem what so ever getting reservations from Monday the 23rd - Friday.... Saturday a little harder... Sunday very limited... Glad we are leaving Sunday
