So is the Lounge restricted to MMB members now?

MMB is still not available for UK members. Not sure about Canada though.

No, the lounge is still available for all blue card members. I believe the exclusive Meet & Greets are through another doorway that only MMB members can enter. MMB members do get "priority access" to the lounges, though, so they get placed at the front of the line when there's a wait list, which could essentially make the lounge inaccessible to the rest of us on very busy (and/or very hot) days unless we REALLY want to stand around waiting for our turn.
