Meltdown !!!

My Special Needs Daughter had a small melt down when we were waiting for the train, but that was so my fault. I did not a break soon enough for her and it got to be too over whelming. She started crying in line for the train and I just held her while she cried. We finally figured out what brought the meltdown on, we did too much too soon. So after the train ride we went and sat under some shade and had cold drinks. We waited for her to be ready to go again. My Daughter brought up while we were sitting there that it was "Daddy's Day" (the one day during the week that her dad comes and get's her for their dinner out together each week) and she was missing him. A quick call to him and after that she was ready to go. And I made more of an effort to make her sit down and take breaks the rest of our trip.

Hubby and I don't fight much but there is always one point about 1/2 way through the vacation where we have a little spat mostly. It lasts for about 5 mintutes and then it is over. And we are pretty passive aggressive about it as not to fight in public. It is usually because he did something dumb. ;)
We wouldn't be guys if we didn't do something dumb along the way... We havent had many spats over the years but when we have they've been over with quickly...and I'll admit I have done a few dumb things.;). But certainly never had one at Disney... We are too happy and full of enjoying the time we have there together to think about anything that would cause a spat and ruin our time there. We've seen many couples fight in the parks and at the resorts and we juuuust keeep waaalking awwway.

Okay so there is one thing that seems to get DH and I snapping at each other when at WDW, getting the truck aligned to hitch up to the RV. Oh boy! I have a bit of a depth perception issue and trying to "ground guide" him to get the ball on the truck perfectly aligned with the RV - we're talking a 2inch ball here. So we are working on the speed in which he backs up and my being able to find the right words. I think it would be easier to put me in the Truck but ....... one of these days we are going to work on my backing the "rig" up. Thank goodness we are not having to hitch up everyday on our trip.;)

My boyfriend and I got into a fight when we went up the weekend of the Monstrous Summer All-Nighter, because we got separated at the Epcot turnstiles and it was really busy, so we had a hard time finding each other. His phone was dead, but I was trying to call him and we both just ended up frustrated.
Luckily it was fixed within thirty minutes. We met up outside of the turnstiles, went back in and were all happy again by the time we made it to the Test Track queue. :)
