Meeting Tinker Bell?

I met Vidia when we were there. Haven't got the third movie yet but at least I can say I met her. She's cool. Besides her, Fawn and Tink were also there (perfect timing as they're my two favorite fairies).

I'm guessing they'll have a meet-n-greet somewhere once Toontown closes.

We luckily checked wdw magic one day while we were there and found out she was there and headed straight for toontown :sohappy:

Only one left to meet is Silvermist!! She is so rare:veryconfu

My husband and I met Silvermist in January 2010. We also met Tink and I think it her name was Rosetta. I have to look in my photo book. It was cold outside and it was warm inside. I told my husband that he did not have to get in the photos but he did. We had a great time.

Never seen her, someday :ROFLOL:

What is the best time to go and meet them. When there earlier this year the wait was 90 minutes. No way we can do that kind of wait yet I think my 3 year old would love to meet them.

It was 50 mins in the middle of the day during august, both times that we cued!

But if you want to get through it quickly be at toontown at 9 50am for rope drop at 10am:wave:

We waited awhile to meet them, but not that long. It may have been 50-60 min for us. I don't think there is a good time to meet the fairies, considering how popular they are.

OK thanks. Maybe on our next trip will try for the rope drop and then see what the wait is. Our daughter does not even know they are there and if the line is major won't even tell her. She won't wait that long. We might get through part of the line and then she will want out. I am hoping we can get a good jump if we get there early.

Thanks again!

What i find is that the line is not overly long to look at but it is slow moving because of the time the fairies soend with each child!! Much more fun than the sit and shoot photos with the princesses

I am hoping we can find a good time to try on our trip. My 3 year old is very into tinkerbell (as well as the princesses).

The Princess line moves much quickly, but as was said a few posts up, the fairies spend more time with the guests. I visited the princesses on our last trip and that is quite obvious.

My first post in some time here.. thought I'd chime in... just got back from our honeymoon trip and I'm Disnified again and browsing the forum...

During the day we asked one of the lady cast members about why it took so long. She chuckled and said it was because the fairies are temperamental, and the princesses were much more controlled. ha

Anyways, we found the wait time to be less during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party (about 30 minutes). (and the lady was right about the fairies! If you meet them, be SURE to ask them how to speak emu!) We have photos of this and it's great.

Not to mention the effort to shrink guests to 5 inches in size to be able to talk to the pixies.

Now, the princesses are so adept at their royal duties they seem to work twice as fast as you might expect. ;)

We got there at rope drop and only waited about 20 mins. And it takes so long because the fairies are all over the place. It's really fun to meet them. They asked my daughter where we were from and she said Arkansas and the fairy( drawing a complete blank on her name, ugh) kept saying applesauce and how that was a weird name for a place to live. And we would move on to the next fairy and the first came over and told her that we were from applesauce. It was a really festive atmosphere. We had a great time with them.

I agree with you there. When we saw them, it was Tinkerbell, Fawn and Vidia. I had something for them to autograph and Fawn was the first. When she was done, Tink walked up beside me and Fawn showed it to her. She walked off to look at it while I had my pic taken with Fawn. After that, I went over to Tink we talked for a bit and she signed it for me. I also think they're more interactive than the Princesses. We're already talking about going back again next year and I would love to see the fairies again. Hopefully they'll have a place for them when Toontown shuts down.

Last Friday at around 10:30 princesses were a 15 minute wait. Fairies were an hour (and took more like 80 minutes)

They do seem to spend of lot of time with the kids though (Tink was a bit rushed). Last Friday it was Rosetta, Tink, and Vidia
