For anyone who cares: Lewis, Wilbur Robinson and Bowler Hat Guy have been making appearances at the Studios. I saw them this past week near the Hat.

This movie has SUCH a feel of disney, like it's telling Walt's story almost....which may have been the point, I dunno.. BUT>.we loved it as a family.

I totally agree with you. I walked out of the movie theater all choked up. I can't wait to get the DVD.

Hoping they stick around for a while both at WDW and Disneyland. Because if Chicken Little is still out and about, they should be around for a long time too.

Actually, they've been gone since June when Ratatouille came out. They're just coming back now for the DVD release.

I am glad they are back for in time for the dvd release. Its too bad right after that they will prob. be gone again.

Did not see them at all in April or July, maybe next month we will see them. Hope we do, I never got to see the movie. We're really behind on getting DVD's this year.

wow we had this dvd out for release about 4 weeks ago here in uk! that makes a change for us to get it first.didnt see it at cinema, waited till dvd came out what a great film back to the old disney school of story telling.

I am real surprised that it is not out on DVD yet. A few weeks ago I went looking for it and was very shocked to see it wasn't out. Transformers is coming out on DVD tomorrow and we have yet to get robinsons.... rattatouille (sp) is coming out soon too! and that was in the theatres much later than robinsons.

Ratatouille and Meet the Robinsons come out before December, but with a good gap between releases.
I think they're playing the right game with these releases. They are just in time for holiday purchase and have enough time between to potentially be on a kid's wish list. If both came out at the same time, kids may pick which one they like best. However, now they can bug their parents on two different occasions.

Marketing is a strange beast sometimes.
