My wife needs a daily injection of a prescription medication and usually has a nurse do it at home. Is there any place in the World that could do this without being too inconvenient (no car). Any help anybody can offer would be appreciated.

I would call and talk to the resort manager where you are staying. He/she could likely put you in contact with resort first aid or maybe RC EMS.

Is it the kind of injection absolutely that requires a pro? Otherwise you could learn how to do them yourselves. Both my husband and myself know how to do it.
