Invited guests were instructed to meet at the employee parking lot off of Ball Road and West, just north of the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure. We were greeted by Disneyland Press Relations as we signed in.

At 9:40am we were whisked away by shuttle bus to the Parade Warehouse. The new parade elements for "The Parade of Dreams" were on display as were renderings of the costumes and actual fabric samples. Once we reached the media area the CM's kept us from wandering around the floats.

Development for "The Parade of Dreams" began two years ago. Famed production designer Michael Curry, assisted in the development of several of the floats.

There are seven parade elements that comprise "Walt Disney's Parade of Dreams". Julie Andrews lends her voice to the introduction of the parade.

I just hope that the seven dwarfs will be in the parade. They must be included as far as I'm concerned.

I sure hope so, too! Looks promising but it's about time we get a decent parade since we've been forced for too long to sit through the last couple. Haven't had a decent parade since Lion King!
