Is it just me or are these threads getting waaaay tiresome?

Now that I think about it, I didn't like that "look" the server gave me at O'Hana's next week. This is the END of Disney

Well, I guess you are right. According to all the recent "factual" posts... there are no nice CM's (they cost too much).

Oh, sorry, take out the "this last week" part of your post and that's what I was thinking about saying.

Even though I have only met him online. :(

Still, he is a great asset to the true Disney Ideals.

AMEN!
Add to that being scheduled for a 4 hour shift, extended to an 8 hour shift, and then AGAIN to a 10 or 12 hour shift, and made to feel like you are an evil anti-disney person if you try to refuse!
Maybe all the good ones were "liberated" Like Rob said;)

LOL, it almost sounds like working for Disney is similar to being assimilated by the Borg in StarTrek. Oh ummm, maybe uh, gosh could it all start with the "Disney Look"?

All this talk about Happy CM's and Grumpy CM's smacks of discrimination. When are we going to hear about Dopey CM's and Sneezy CM's? (You know there are a few, why I once a met a CM who sneezed so hard she blew the top off of..............but I am drifting. Guess I'll have to start a thread about encounters with CM's during the flu season.) Anyway I demand equal treatment for all the dwarves in these threads! They should get bashed as much as everyone else! JMHO:)

I have worked for minimum wage and I still treated the customers nice and with a smile on my face. If you don't like the pay you are free to leave and work someplace else. There are a lot of folks who don't have a job and would work for minimum wage and be "happy" while doing it.

The problem I see is that a lot of the younger folks seem to think they are "owed" something. That working for minimum wage is beneath them. That they are doing YOU a favor by working for you and that the customer should be grateful that they are there at all much less actually serving the customers needs.

Just my opinion.
