McDonald's wasn't when it was in the same location. But even if it is, restaurants don't start accepting the dining plan until quite a while after they first open. I wouldn't count on it.

When Kouzzina opened up, it was available on the dining plan. I guess it is just going to be one of those "wait and see" kind of things. If it were on the dining plan, would you consider it to be Table Service for Counter Service? I have never been to one, so I don't know what to expect.:shrug:
