Does Disney lose money when their websites crash? They certainly don't act like it affects them.

Their website really is awful at times.

Another awful website to use is Walmart. No I'm not trying to actually compare the two like some, just always remembered how awful Walmart's website was to use. Even their app is terrible. JMO.

The ABSOLUTE WORST? Have you tried using Sea World's?

Sea Worlds website (while bad too)is up more than Disney's with probably 1/20th of the traffic/visitors

I'm talking more about availability than design

Funny I thought that was what the Wyland (of 'Whaling Wall' fame) gallery in the Old Polynesian was all about expensive tchotchkes for the 'carriage trade' or the 5%. You sure can no longer buy an original Lassen or Wyland painting or a bronze frog or salamander from Frogman a sample shown below

Now just cheap chinese junk and overpriced Tommy Bahama resort wear is available in the Poly and a DVC sales zone occupies what USED to be the Wyland Gallery

I am not, but my wife and two of our kids are on their way to BLT at the moment.

I noticed that too! Just tried to grab more fastpasses but it tried to reset my account.

Nope still had all of them! it just tried made me redo my security questions and tried to tell me my account wasn't finished up
