I’ve found it takes between 90 minutes to 3 hours to get a response. If you need something done quickly don’t bother to use the feature, just call or use a live person at the front desk.
ALL of Disney lines of communications... including calling it in... are slower than snail speed. Speaking directly to a live in person CM is always upping the chances youll get what you want. But it can still depend on the particular CM that you talk to as to wether you get the response or action you are looking for.
I used the Chat and was put on a call back list. Phone numbers are blocked for my privacy, so they instructed me to leave extra spaces within the number to fool the system. They called back in 22 hours!
