MDE and Multiple Rooms

I was researching my situation (three rooms booked under my name) and how best to manage that with MDE since my name appears as the primary guest in multiple rooms. Some historical threads suggest that MDE does not do well in this situation and will screw up plans. Does anyone have direct experience with this situation? Bonus points if you have it with rooms at the Swolphin.
