No, because Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is on the smaller side and as @cheezbat said, is expected to be at Shanghai Disneyland.

It won't be unique except for maybe the first year...once Shanghai Disneyland opens it won't be a one of a kind anymore.
I think either Adventureland or that expansion pad behind TSI is ripe for a new bigger thrill.
