So nobody wanted to tell me how friggin awesome this show is?
I've only watched the first episode so I'll reserve judgment on the narrative arc, but the art direction alone is a home run for me.I was actually kinda disappointed in it. I mean, going in was super excited for the concept and loved the first few episodes. I thought that it was exactly what the MCU needed - ways to get more time and depth with established characters, ways to explore new situations and interactions that wouldn't be possible in the mainstream universe. Heck, it was cool that they could have stories where "the bad guy wins" because it's not the "real" MCU. But I was not happy with how it ended - combined all the stories to me basically defeated the main selling point of the concept and the MCU can use something that is an anthology. And having the Watcher "interfere" makes it odd going forward for future seasons.
To each their own.
It is really good all the way thru. Although, since it encompasses several genres (just like the comics and the MCU does) some episodes may be more or less appealing. If anything, it is the most comicbooky of all the Marvel shows since the Disney acquisition. Which, again, can be a good or bad thing based on one's preferences.I've only watched the first episode so I'll reserve judgment on the narrative arc, but the art direction alone is a home run for me.
If it's a tweet, @DCBaker will have posted it before you so you shouldn't bother trying.OH C'MON I WAS SEARCHING THROUGH THE FORUM TO MAKE THIS SAME POST
Seems interesting. Far as I can tell this is a What If original character.
I just don't know who is Kahhori...
Thanks.
