Does anyone know how they make the malt ketchup that is served at the Rose and Crown?

Maybe they mix malt powder into their ketchup.

That would be my guess. Subsitute malt vinergar for the 'normal' white or cider vinegar in ketchup.

I soo have a taste for that ketchup, i'll have to try the malted vinegar mixed into the ketchup.
