Making ADR's online?

It has been a year since I have tried to make ADR's online and I recall the last time I did this I could choose my time from a drop down rather than choosing one of the 2 options they are giving me. Do I have to bite the bullet and make a phone call or am I doing something wrong? We are just a little less than the 180 day mark so it is not like I am trying to get a table next week or something and I am looking for a pretty early table, like 5:00 and would be surprised if that time would be booked at Via Napoli. They are giving me the option of 6:20 or 7:00. My kids are used to eating pretty early due to their evening activities and afraid that they would be cranky if I made them wait to eat dinner at 6:20. Thanks for any help.

I tried making my online reservations, and they wouldn't work. I called to make my reservations and I asked about the online ADR service and they said it would be down for a week or so. I don't know if they are slowly bringing it back by putting in times or not, but it could just still be partly down

Once you click on breakfast, lunch or dinner, then you can click on the dropdown to pick a time. If that time's not available, they give you two times that are available.

Maybe there is something wrong with the site today. If it is not up and running in the next few days I will just call them in.

You can pick any time you want from the dropdown menu...or you can pick the generic "Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner" but they will randomly select times for you.
On the main reservation page DO NOT USE the top part of the page to make your reservation. Select the restaurant you want from the list, click on it, then make your reservation to the right side of the screen.

There was no drop down as I had remembered. The site must just be off today. I will check back or call in next week some time. Thank guys. Just making sure that I was not loosing my mind.

What he said! That being said the sight has also been glitchy I had to call in my ADRs !

Every year, it won't work when I reach my 180 days. As I need lots of reservations I prefer to do it online rather than have a lengthy transatlantic call, but it is usually a day or two after before it eventually kicks into life! Having said that, we've always managed to get our first choices.

I managed to score 2 of my 3 ADR's this afternoon. I am still not having any luck with T-Rex. Maybe this place is crazy popular, but I still find it hard to believe that the only dinner time available is at 10 PM. I will try again tomorrow and see if anything changes.

You can call T-Rex direct they only put a portion aside for Disney but you can use the dp even if you call them!
