@amjt660 it seemed a little presumptuous of me to include Three Peat in the title of this trip report. A more accurate term might be Repeat, considering this is my third TR in three months. I am fearful that my WDWMagic friends may be weary of me.

But for @Big Hair and anyone else who wants to follow along, Welcome! I truly love reliving our great (and not-so-great) vacation memories through writing these reports. As always, your comments and observations are much appreciated!

Resorts: Port Orleans Riverside and Polynesian Village ('cause let's be honest......you can take the girl out of the Poly, but you can't take the Poly out of the girl!)

Em took these pictures on her way to her 3:20 am Tragical Express ~ and she wasn't the only one who boarded at the Poly. :eek:

What surprised her more were the guests getting dropped off at that ungodly hour.

I suspect it looks a lot like the lobby of the WL at 4:00 a.m. Did the 7:00 a.m. flight out of MCO only once. NEVER AGAIN!

As always..... loving your TR. I may have to sneak in a Pina Colada slushy on our next trip! I don't think I've ever noticed them. But then again, I am usually focused on Dole Whips!

We had to board the Tragical at 6 am once and I thought that was too early! Can't imagine earlier. Yikes.

Awww, thanks. I'd definitely get the slushy again and recommend it....but make sure you get your Dole Whip too.

The FP I snagged was for @Doc Disney's fave Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. I asked Woody if he wanted to ride in separate cars (due to my little competitive nature) but he said he wanted to ride together and that I could have control of the joystick (which is as important as knowing where to shoot ;).)

I took no pity on his kindness. Before we even left the first target room I maxed out.

So I let Woody drive for the duration of the ride. He ended up a respectable Planetary Pilot.

I wanted to end our wonderful vacation week with my fave, TTA/Peoplemover/MPB 2.0.

While in the queue we learned the reason the ramp is stationary so often. It is not because the ramp is broken. It is because a CM at the top of the platform pushes the "stop" button. It is a way to eliminate a back-up at top.

Personally I prefer the CM at the bottom "holding" guests until the top is clear and keeping the escalator moving. That's the way it used to be when the attraction got busy. Having to walk up that ramp is a PITA.

It was a PITA today.

Woody and I monorailed back to the Poly and retrieved our carry-ons before heading to Hawaii for the final time.

I sure wished we were headed here instead.

Happy Hour had begun in the lounge and we were hoping to make a light meal out of the apps (since we hadn't had any food since our Crystal Palace breakfast.)

Just our luck....fish-based apps tonight....:(

We settled for some cheese and crackers and I had a small farewell Ku U Lei. (And likely some pineapple with caramel sauce, @ajrwdwgirl....but I was really more in the mood for a savory app.)

We sat next to the window and treasured the moment.

I loved your TR. Thank you for sharing once again :) It IS unfair that the Tragical Express comes 5 minutes early.
At our last trip we were at the pick up point half an hour early.. They asked if we rather have a bus earlier... Nope! Haha.. Just taking in the last sunshine before we had to head home for rainy Holland.
