Good day everyone,
Just want to let everyone know if you are booking online or threw the my disney experiance app you should be double checking your times and reservation info!

we just booked WCC for 5:15pm on sept 30.. we were very excited to see an early time available, so we cancelled our existing reservation at garden grill and booked wcc with the intentions of taking the boat to mk for emh.. well booked and recieved our confirmation email..all was correct.. so i linked it to the app well the time that popped up was 8:15pm, well that wasnt going to work.. so i called disney and spoke to Surgeo (AWSOME btw), and he confirmed the reservation was 8:15pm and noted they have been having issues with the times booking not actually being the correct times... he was able to accomodate me for 5:15 and appologized and confirmed all my other reservations (which i booked on the website weeks ago and they were all correct). but when i cancelled Garnden Grill for the same day, reservation time was 5:50pm, the cancellation email noted the reservation was 2:50pm-this was also booked on the app-.

just want to let everyone know so you can double check! it would be awful to show up at the wrong time-im thinking this might happen alot if people dont double check!. or if you missed it and were charged for no show!

ugh disney i hope you get your issues fixed with your reservation system!

Are you on the west coast? Both of those issues are exactly 3 hours and I wonder if that's what happened? just throwing it out there.
It could also be an issue with the servers using their local time...a programming issue. While WDW is in FL, I suspect the Disney data farms are not....and I could easily guess CA....

A related note...

Yesterday, I checked my reservation for the California Grill in November (yes, I actually have one). When "view Details" popped up? The Res was three hours EARLY - SO early that I knew from experience that the Grill simply would not be open...

What? So, "view Details" - again... CORRECT time.
What? So, "view Details" - again... WRONG time.

kasey1988 - print out, and TAKE, your confirmation emails for Dining. The WDW Computer System is simply vomiting again. The person ultimately responsible for this stellar performance is Susan O'Day - the current WDW CIO. I'm still hoping that Disney will get serious, and hire a WORKING CIO.

I hear Infoseek is looking for a CIO.

Wait...that became Go.com...

Who was the controlling interest behind Go.com again?

My sister works at Mama Melrose. She said one of the biggest issues they have as a restaurant is people not booking for the right amount of people. YES your small children count as a person. They take up space either in a stroller or high chair or booster so include them on the res. Also, have the whole party show up together, on time. And if you have preference for table or booth, do that in advance. The castmember who is assigning tables has to even it out between servers and it's like a puzzle game. You'd be amazed how many show up an hour early or late or on the wrong day and change the # of people. If they have you blocked for a party of 7 and you change it to 10 that throws the whole puzzle out of whack.

Another issue I've noticed on the app is the number in your party. We made an ADR on the phone for four at hoop dee do and as you know had to pay at booking. The card was charged the full amount; however, the app says reservation for one! I called when I noticed this, and the CM said it is for four of us and he wasn't sure why it showed only one. I talked with someone I worked with and they had a similar issue when they booked 1900 PF for nine. The app says four, but she had called twice and was told its nine. The email she received says nine. Why the app doesn't say the same is beyond me

We will definitely be taking our confirmation emails with us! Since the app is now saying our WCC reservation is for 1:15..not 8:15 as previously..or the 5:15 it actually is.

Booked 180 days ago for upcoming trip and checked on app yesterday and app showed 6 ressies 4 hours early. Called and Dining people still had them at correct times. An "app" problem. Boy did I break my smartass computer whiz son's balls.

I don’t have much confidence in the My Experience app when it comes to resort or dining reservations, going old school and going to print everything or have access to the confirmation email on my phone. Disney will have to figure this out some time in the future if they eventually want all guest to use the app but until then it's paper for me.

I'm really not trusting booking ADRs online right now. I'm trying to get an early breakfast for Crystal Palace for a certain day, and I finally saw one for 9:10. So I went to book it, and before I got very far, it was asking me to confirm a 10:45 am time for that, NOT the 9:10. So I figured that time was gone, I went back and tried again, and it still said 9:10! Needless to say, I'm just calling now b/c I don't trust the site.
