I was looking recently at the new window dedicated to Alice Davis at DL and was curious how come MK doesn't do this for Main Street? Or is this more for DL's Side?

All the windows on Main Street in Magic Kingdom are dedicated to various people. Though I'm not sure why Alice Davis didn't get one at MK, maybe someone else can explain. But yes, both DL and MK's main street windows are dedicated.

I do know some of the Windows are dedicated to the Fictional companies that were used to buy the property that is WDW but, it seems that they focus more on DL's Side since it was the first..And that's why I think we don't see anything like this..I think the last windows they did were Fess Parker, Sherman Bros and Alice Davis...But, I don't recall any ceremonies over at MK tho..

That's true. I think all of MK's windows are dedicated to people who helped build the park from the drawing boards to opening.

There are some people whose names appear in windows in both DL & WDW. There are some people whose names appear in windows in only one park. MK windows are not only dedicated to those who built the park. Many are dedicated to animators, executives, long time CM's and family members. There is a window dedicated to Walt's father Elias Disney. It's fun to search the windows around to find humorous links to these people.

Back in Dec. Al Weiss received a window at MK.

I got to watch them install Al Weiss' window back in October. Never thought I'd ever get to witness something like that (and photograph it).
