Does anyone know if they still have special Mickey Ears and pictures for your child's first haircut experience? I'm going to try to have my son's first haircut done there in Sept and would like to find out in advance. I think it will be so neat for him to be able to say that he got his first haircut at WDW as he gets older.

It's great fun. I had my son's (10) hair cut there last Feb.

Just check out the picture under my name, and this one from Buzz Lightyear.
The Barber (Micheal) put glow in blacklight gel, on my son's head, and face. It was awesome!

You can see his Eyebrows, Ear, Upper Lip, nose and chin. The neat part about the gel was that it was a Very Pale green. In regular light you wouldn't even know he had it all over his face.
He also had Pixie dust all over his head.

My husband (47) gets his hair cut everytime we go and he gets the colored gel and pixie dust. You wouldn't believe the amount of people that make comments. You can go for just the color & pixie dust. He had it colored twice on the last trip and did it the day we left and flew home with orange hair and a Mickey in the back of his head. It was so funny but definately gets you in the Disney mood, it's the first thing he does when we go to the parks. Maura cuts his hair.

That's usually where I go to get my hair cut... Michael is always there (Does the poor man ever get a day off??? lol) and he's always highly requested. I usually end up getting Maura, and she always does a great job as well.

(of course, Im a party pooper, and don't get the coloring)
