Hmmm. Just been reading today's Disney food blog and looking at photos of the new refurb at main st bakery..The seats inside have gone. Had to read it twice incase it was misleading..I loved getting to MK for the rope drop and sitting inside with my coffee and cinnamon cake...Is this correct? Where does one enjoy their yummy delights.?

Correct, inside seating has been removed. It is a Starbucks (Disney owned and run/ licensed by starbucks). You cannot use your starbucks card there to pay but you can collect stars there. Only Starbucks product is sold till 11:00 A.M. and then some Disney treats are added to the selection, the typical stuff like rice crispy treats. The good ole' bakery stuff is either gone or moved to Gaston's. Don't panic, they moved the cinnamon buns to Gastons in FatasyLand... (Regurgitated from the news blog and confirmed in-person.)

Cinnamon Rolls are now available at Gaston's Tavern, and other breakfast items can be found at Tomorrowland Terrace. I was very disappointed to see those pictures, too - looks like most of the delicious Disney treats have been replaced by bland Starbucks pastries! o_O Hopefully that won't last! We have a tradition of stopping at the Bakery on our way out to pick up treats for the next morning. I will definitely miss my big apple turnover!

We were there last night!
They had cake pops 1.79, cookies, cupcakes 3.99, my daughter said she recognized most of the pastries from other Starbucks :)
They did make a Mickey out of chocolate on the top of my daughters frappe!
I will look tonight and see if we have any pics.
We went at 9:00 and it was not crowded at all. A very good experience.... :)

Love a little Disney every day!! ;)
Yes sadly seating and most of the old bakery favorites are gone except some cookies, cupcakes, etc and has mostly Starbucks food items. Cinnamon rolls are at Gaston's but by mAny opinions on here they are not the same and I agree with that as well. To me and DH they were definately different and not in a good way. Lol. But hey that is our opinion so give them a try on your trip as it cannot hurt and you may like them. My DH is happy about the coffee but that is About it. :).

Way too strong and overpriced for me!

Just an FYI for everyone out there, a 12 oz. cup of the new fresh brewed Starbucks coffee at Main Street Bakery is $1.99. The old Nescafe 12 oz. was $2.09 before closing.

I don't like the flavor of either, so no opinion on the taste. It may be overpriced in general, but interestingly enough it's less now for fresh brewed than it was for the old stuff.
