Also, if anything happens that makes the zip on the shipping label get messed up, it could end up wrongly sent to a different part of the country. That happened to me once (not with a Disney shipment, but still)...my package ended up in Washington state instead of Massachusetts because there's a town over there with the same name. The only reason I was able to get it rectified is because I called customer service of the shipping company (I think it was FedEx).
The less-than-up-to-date tracking concerns me a little, as we're trying to keep our next trip a surprise from the kids, so DH or I will have to get home early on the day they arrive to intercept them before the kids get home and check the mailbox.
Unless... what do the shipping labels look like now? Is there anything on the box that says Disney, or is the return address something generic?
