The Disney Reservation Centers, Walt Disney World resorts and Marketing Cast Members recently celebrated the first anniversary of Magical Gatherings, the special brand of packaged experiences for large groups or families who travel to the Walt Disney World Resort.
Team leaders hosted celebrations to the Disney Reservation Centers in Orlando and Tampa and every Walt Disney World Resort Front Desk location. Cast Members were treated to cake, decorations, giveaways, entertainment and more.
"We wanted to recognize all our Cast Members who have made Magical Gatherings a truly special experience for our Guests, from those who answer Guest phone calls to the Cast Members at the resort Front Desks," said Operations Integration Manager Sheryl Koenes. "They're truly the ones who put the 'Magic' in Magical Gatherings."
