Okay so my flight leaving Disney World on July 7th is at 7:55 PM. Check out from POP is at 11:00 AM. Now, does the hotel hold our luggage for the Magical Express to take it or do we have to lug it around all day? And does the Magical Express pick us up at the hotel 2 or 3 hours before the flight?

The day before you check out, you'll get a letter under your door telling you what time you'll get picked up by DME.

Also, you can definitely leave your luggage with baggage services (including any carryons or anything you don't want to lug around) the morning of your departure. Depending on your hotel, you can call luggage services and actually leave your bags right in the room (I'm not sure if they do this in value resorts...I've always lugged it down myself. If someone here can't say for sure, just ask when you check in).

When you leave your room in the morning you can take your bags, carry-on and all, to Bell Services [or ask them to come and get them - tip if you do]. They'll store them until it's time for your DME pick-up. You have to claim it from Bell Services and take it to the bus yourself.

If you're traveling domestically on a participating airline, you can also use Resort Airline Check-In to check in on your flight and they'll check your bags onto the aircraft and give you your boarding passes on the spot. Then you can either leave your carry-on with Bell Services as above or take them with you to the parks and put them in a locker.

This is what we did on our last trip, and it was so nice!! Bell services hauled all our stuff down the airline check-in desk, and took care of our carry-ons, too. Our flight was for 3PM, DME bus was scheduled for noon. I had made an appointment with bell services for 8AM to pick up our luggage, and afer it was all checked, headed out to the MK for that last couple hours. Got back to the CR around 1130AM, claimed our carry-ons, and boarded the bus for the airport. Couldn't have been easier.
