Magical Express -split group/days

Hi-our family has a reservation at OKW but individuals are arriving on different airlines on different days (I get there sun, niece gets there mon...). Can these individual family memebers take ME on different days for one hotel reservation?
Also, can we leave at different times (again separate flights) or must we go as a group since we are staying together in one hotel room.

that's what we're doing, we have 4 seperate flights coming in for our group, and its not a problem at all

Actually, I have a follow-up question for anyone that has Magical Express experience with groups, as it will probably apply to one or more of our upcoming trips.

How does Disney handle multiple people coming from multiple states? Do they send the luggage tags to one address? Or can they individualize them for each passenger and send them to each one? For my next trip, we could possibly have four people each coming from three different airports spread up and down the East Coast. And the trip after that would be a couple from the Northeast, an another couple from the Midwest.

True, I could mail my friends their luggage tags myself if I get the tags early enough. But it'd be more convenient if Disney could mail them out directly. That way I'd know they'd get there in time.
