Can someone not staying at a resort ride with someone that is, to the resort..or do all riders have to be a registered guest of a resort??? My sister is flying down with me, but staying somewhere else....

Each person gets a ME voucher, so if she is staying off-site she wouldn't get one. However, if you asked and there were room on the bus, I wouldn't be surprised if they let her on. Don't count on it though.
