Magical express confirmation?

I called today to add flights to our account and set up magical express...do you not get any kind of email confirmation/info instead on MDE? I got nada.

I had a confirmation sent to me via email last year.

they usually send you the digital printable documents to your email. It should contain all the changes, including the Magical Express papers.

I received an email with my request, followed by my confirmation. I also received my voucher booklet in the mail about a week later.

How quick? My 0 balance email came the next day

should have been instantly as soon you confirmed.

Check your email's SPAM/JUNK FOLDER.. a lot can go there.
specially in gmail and yahoo.

you know now that I read this I don't think I got anything either when I updated my flight info. And I know I confirmed my email address when I talked to them.

I checked junk mail and it's not there.

I checked on line and it's listed under my reservations details

I've never received an email specifically for DME, confirmation or otherwise. The booklet comes 2-4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

I had called and never received anything. Just to be safe, I then entered my info online and received two confirmation emails and had my vouchers 2 days later

I received no email when I set up DME months ago. I did get my DME vouchers and luggage tags this week in the mail Though.

This is what I've always encountered as well.

If you're concerned, just give them another call and they'll be able to confirm your info is there

Maybe its a setting depending on how far you are?
I live in Mexico and of course they are not going to send the tags via snail mail (which can take up to 2 months to arrive from the US lol)
so they sent me everything via email.
