How many of you have been on magic music days and how fun was it, My dand director here just told us we will be performing at WDW's Magic Kingdom on March 6th, Staying at all Stars.

Any rides closed for rehab in march?

Magic Music Days are pretty fun because Disney winds up footing some of the bill. Plus you get to go behind the scenes. I did it once with my college pep band in 2001 or so, and I joined up with them when they came down again at MK just 2 thursdays ago. Plus you usually at least get a shirt and pin that you can show off to whoever, if you're into that sort of thing

Any idea how bad the crowds will be that weekend?

I was hoping to try to make an irinerary.

Sorry for double post but...

How bad is the weekend going to be March 6-7, What attrqactions will not be open, and any other helpfull deatails are needef for a group of 7 students and one shaperone.

Magic Music days are soooo much fun. I went down with my marching band about four years ago at the same time, the park was basically ours, and we had a great time!
What could be better, Disney with your friends! Have a wonderful trip.

BTW, you can check waltdisneyworld.com for any attractions that will be closed (or on seasonal basis) for the time you will be there.

so, according to the site:

The ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter closed on Sunday, October 12, 2003 for re-development. Replacing the attraction will be Stitch's Great Escape which is expected to open in Fall 2004.

I know alien encounter/stitches great escape.

COP should be open. Timekeeper will more than likely be closed. It has been closed for a while now.

Carousel of Progress is infact open and has been since AE closed. The Timekeeper had been opened but recently went back to seasonal status, meaning it's not going to be open when you are there. Have a good time! Disney is always fun with friends!
